Data controller

The data controller for this website is Nutriome, EU. You can reach us at privacy@nutriome.eu.

What data we collect

Phase A (current): this website collects no personal data.

  • There are no forms, sign-up fields, or email-capture endpoints on this site.
  • We set no cookies — not functional, not analytical, not tracking.
  • We load no third-party scripts or resources (no analytics, no social pixels, no CDN-hosted fonts).

All fonts and assets are served from Nutriome's own infrastructure.

Hosting and infrastructure logs

This website is hosted on Vercel (San Francisco, CA, USA). Vercel's edge network and CDN process transient request logs — including IP addresses and user-agent strings — as part of normal infrastructure operation. These logs are outside Nutriome's direct control and are governed by Vercel's privacy policy. Nutriome does not receive, store, or process these logs.

At Phase B, when a live waitlist is added, we will enter into a Data Processing Agreement with Vercel or move to an EU-resident processor, and this notice will be expanded accordingly.

Your rights

Because we collect no personal data in Phase A, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or erase on our end. If you have questions about the transient infrastructure logs, please refer to Vercel's privacy policy linked above.

At Phase B, when personal data (email, consent metadata) is collected through the live waitlist, this section will detail your rights under the GDPR — including access, rectification, erasure, portability, and the right to withdraw consent.
